GE-Elast computations

RunGTAP calculates or re-calculates general equilibrium elasticities (using the base flows data and the currently selected parameters file) whenever it seems necessary. The process can be quite time consuming and requires a GEMPACK license (SAGEM is used) so it is switched off by default.

Use the Version..Modules menu item to switch on automatic calculation of general equilibrium elasticities.
