After you leave the New Version Wizard

If you quit the New Version Wizard, or just close it by clicking on the top corner, nothing more will be done.

However if you click FINISH to leave the New Version Wizard, RunGTAP will automatically load the new version and start running a test simulation. This simulation has two purposes:

•It makes sure that the data files for the new version are useable.

•It creates various ancillary files, such as the standard files of tax shocks and the GTAPView output.

The test simulation uses a standard closure and a numeraire shock.

Assuming the simulation works, YOUR work starts. You must select or create new experiment files and edit the version information.
