Zero-Dimensional Matrices

Later releases of GEMPACK allow sets to be empty. As a result, a matrix dimensioned COM*MAR might actually be sized 8*0, if there were no margin commodities (set MAR was empty).

ViewHAR does not allow you to examine the contents of these zero-dimensional matrices.
