Clean up working directory

Use to reduce the size of a RunDynam working folder prior to backing up, or to save disk space.

Identifies (and optionally deletes) files which could be recreated by rerunning simulations, i.e., files that match the following patterns:

???-????-*.har ????-*.txt *.csv *.bot *.top

*.rsl *.sl4 *.slc *.sli *.sol

*.udc *.bak *.log ????-*.cmf *.ds3

*.ds4 *.ds5 *.xx batchjob*.ds?

These are listed in a file called JUNK.LST.

If you press OK, those files will be DELETED.

Note that, after the files listed above are deleted, you cannot view any results until you run simulations again.

If in doubt, press CANCEL, then examine JUNK.LST in TABMate.

Please ensure that HAR files (eg, shock files) that you need to keep do NOT match the pattern ???-????-*.har.

For example, the file sum-basb-brrr-2030-2031.har does match the above pattern, while the file TechShocks.har does not match it.

There is a command-line program, CleanupRdyn.exe, which does the same job.
