How RunGTAP detects what versions are available

When RunGTAP starts up, or whenever the Change Version command is issued, RunGTAP automatically detects what versions are available as follows: any subdirectory of the RunGTAP home directory that contains a file called VERSION.TXT is presumed to contain a version. The name of a version is the same as the directory it resides in. When RunGTAP starts up, it loads the version used most recently, if possible. Otherwise, available versions are sorted alphabetically and the first one is loaded.
