RunGTAP Don'ts

TOO MANY COOKS SPOIL THE BROTH. RunGTAP maintains and modifies a multitude of files in the RunGTAP directory and subdirectories. Do not rename, modify or delete these files from outside the RunGTAP program, while RunGTAP is running. RunGTAP could get very confused.

THE SHOCKING TRUTH. When using the Shocks page to create new shocks, dont forget to remove any unwanted existing shocks that are already on the list. Use the Clear All Shocks button, or edit the shocks list directly to remove single lines.

DONT FORGET to save your experiments as EXP files after a successful simulation.
