Magic file-prefix characters

Certain characters have a special meaning if they are prepended to the filename when TABmate is run from the command line. For example, if you typed:

  TABmate #Job.Log

TABmate would open Job.Log as read-only.

  TABmate ;File.Txt

TABmate would open file.txt in a new instance of TABmate that filled half of the screen.

  TABmate %c:\Temp

TABmate would be activated with current folder set to c:\temp.

  TABmate @Files.Lst

TABmate would open each file listed within Files.Lst.

The above features are used mainly by other GEMPACK programs which use TABmate to display files.
