How the Set Library is built

ViewHAR refreshes the Set Library by gathering set information from the current file. First; it reads:

(1) Sets defined by string [1C] headers in the current file (see arrays of strings ).

Next it reads:

(2) Sets appearing as labels of real [RE] matrices in the current file.

Finally, it appends, if possible:

(3) Sets gathered from previously open files [no header is shown for these sets].

No two sets in the set library may have both the same name and the same number of elements. Therefore, if a set COM length 30 is defined by a string (1C) header, ViewHAR will add that set to the library, rather than various other (possibly different) sets COM length 30 which are used to label RE matrices.

In addition, you may receive a warning if two sets from the current file (ie, belonging to groups 1 or 2 above) have the same name but different sizes.

Use the Rebuild Set Library to recreate the set library using only sets from the currently open file.
