Exporting Experiments to WinGEM

The File..Export to GEMPACK menu command prepares a ZIP archive of all those files needed to replicate the most recent RunGTAP simulation within GEMPACK. These files are:

•GTAP.TAB and GTAP.STI (condensation) from the RunGTAP directory.

•BASEDATA.HAR (flows data) and the HAR parameters file (suffixed PRM).

•The CMF used for the last simulation.

•Any shock files referenced by the CMF.

•BATS.ZIP (Zip within Zip) various BAT, CMF, and INP files used by RunGTAP.

To re-run the simulation you would use the files GTAP.EXE, GTAP.AXS and GTAP.AXT from the RunGTAP directory (or use TABLO to process the files GTAP.TAB and GTAP.STI). You would need to edit the CMF to reflect your new file locations.

If you want to run the post-solution programs such as DECOMP and GTAPVol you will find the necessary executable files in the RunGTAP directory (plus the corresponding TAB files). MAP files are also needed. Look inside BATS.ZIP if you want to see how RunGTAP linked all these jobs together.
