"XXX=yes|no" commands

CPU = yes|NO ; ! yes means report CPU times

EAA = yes|no ; ! yes means echo activity to screen

NRP = yes|NO ; ! yes means do not re-use pivots

NAS = yes; ! switch off assertions (obsolete form)...see assertions= in other

NSC = YES|no ; ! yes means delete new BCV file

NSE = YES|no ; ! yes means do not save equation file

NEQ = yes|NO ; ! yes means do no equations, only formulas

NDS = yes|NO ; ! yes means do no displays

NWR = yes|NO ; ! yes means do no writes

NUD = yes|NO ; ! yes means do no final updates

NIR = yes|NO ; ! ! yes means turn off iterative refinement of solutions

IZ1 = YES|no ; ! Use IZ1 = no ; to keep coefficients which are zero at step 1

KZ2 = yes|NO ; ! Use KZ2 = yes ; to keep coefficients which are zero at steps 2,3,...

NWE = yes|NO ; ! yes means suppress warnings of equations not being solved accurately.

NWT = yes|NO ; ! yes means use the Newton solution method

SSL= all | last | NONE ; ! all means save files from all separate multi-step solutions

SUP = all | last | NONE ; ! all means save update files from all separate multisteps

M28 = yes|NO ; ! yes means use the older, MA28 sparse linear solver

Next two go together:

SUI = yes|NO ; ! yes means save the updated coefficients set by FORMULA(INITIAL)

updated formula initial data = <filename> ; ! file to save above-mentioned coefficients

NRZ = yes|NO ; ! No means no run-time reports re use of ZERODIVIDE default values

New for GEMPACK 9.0

LU decompose transpose = yes|NO ; ! yes is occasionally much faster

Markowitz pivots in MA48 = yes|NO ; ! yes is usually slower .

MA48 compress = yes|NO|few ; ! yes saves memory but is slower

share_memory yes|NO ; ! yes saves memory but is slower

ma48 use_original = yes|NO ; ! probably not useful: original version does not allocate memory on the fly

Postsim = YES|no ; No means, do no postsim sections
