50% Discounts from the standard (government) prices are available to:

• University teachers and educational institutions (must be primarily teaching institutions).
• Residents or institutions of the lower-income countries listed below. Both the payment source and the delivery address must be within the listed country.

Purchasers who fit into both categories above pay one third the standard price.

Free Licences for Universities

University teachers and educational institutions (must be primarily teaching institutions) can obtain a free permanent site licence for the Limited-Size Executable-Image version of GEMPACK. You would download the temporary trial version, then request a permanent limited-size licence from GEMPACK sales.

Similarly teachers could download RunDynam, then request a permanent limited-size site licence.

Free Site Licence Limited Executable-Images for use in public training courses

If you are running a GEMPACK-based training course with students from a number of institutions, we can send you a free, expiring, licence file for the "Limited" Executable-Image version of GEMPACK to use during the course.

• Course participants can take this licence file home with them -- but the licence does impose limits on model size, and will expire 6 or 8 months after the end of the course.
• Usually the institution running the course would have their own Source-Code or "UnLimited" Executable-Image licence file, which may be used by course participants within the buildings or campus of that institution. This licence would enable larger models to be solved during the course, if that became necessary. However, such licence files must not be handed out for course participants to take home.

Email the GEMPACK Business Manager to obtain a course licence. You will need to give course details, including the dates, location, and sponsoring institution.
